Work Place Spirituality is a study in progress. How ever be that as it may many corporations feel that this is a need for today’s worker in the work force. After the event of 9/11 the work place came to a stand still that day. No one felt safe. Hence workers seek a deeper sense of self and connection. Some employers allow their employees to form prayer groups. It is the recommendation of Total Business Solutons Communication for agents to find a sense of identity to connect to with and develop a purpose that one can feel a reciprocation of fulfillment.

Identifying with this and seleting your career choice that may reflect these values can lead to a greater sense of fulfillment transcending the trinsic values that we place on achievement such as pay with Intrinsic values that lead to more fulfilment.
